Thursday evening we hosted our second annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner in an effort to extend our thanks and appreciation for all those who help make HBB a great school community. We know there are many who could not make it and we would like you all to know that we greatly appreciate all you do. We are blessed to have such an amazing supportive group of parents!
We also presented Mrs. Cochran with a special gift this year for all her hard work and contributions to the school. For those of you who don't know, Mrs. Cochran designed the Burkland's BEST Logo that has become so important to the school. Thank you Judy for all your contributions, you are going to be missed here at HBB!
4th Grade Reports
Because I was unable to attend during the parent visits I was treated to my own special presentation from Mrs. McPherson's 4th graders. They just completed their research projects on a person of interest to them and I was very impressed with their projects. Great Job!
We had another successful 5th Grade Field Day with MKG. The kids had a blast and we were all very thankful for the cooler weather this year!
