Getting Ready for the Start of the Year

5 More days until the first day of school!  We have a ton of exciting new things in store for the upcoming school year and we can't wait to see all the kids.

Over this past week all of the teachers from around the district have been hard at work during professional development learning new ways integrate technology into the curriculum.  This morning I had the privilege of teaching a class and as you can see from the picture below, teachers are learners too!

Walkthrough Reminder!

Don't forget we have our annual Summer Walkthrough for kids and families coming up on Tuesday August 23rd from 10-11:30!!

This is a great opportunity to have your child ease some of their back to school jitters by visiting the school and taking a walk around.  We have some exciting changes in store for next year.....like a new library, so come take a look!  Please remember that teachers will not be present for the Walkthrough but Administration and Secretaries will all be there to answer your questions.

For those of you new to HBB we will be doing a special presentation for all new parents, or anyone interested in joining us, in the auditorium at 10:30.

We are looking forward to another great year and we are looking forward to seeing you all there!
