Great First Day!!

Boy was it hot!  Aside from the heat, however, we had a great day!  Much better than the first day we had a couple of years ago when it rained all day.  It was great having all the students back and it certainly appeared that the students were happy to be back.....or at least most of them did.

We had assemblies today with grades 1 and 2 and have assemblies planned for grades 3-5 tomorrow.  Overall it was a great day as students and teachers worked to get back into their routines.

Change of arrival time

The first day of school is almost here!  I hope you have all had a fun, restful and enjoyable summer.  We have a great year planned and we are looking forward to seeing all the students return.

We would like to remind everyone that the arrival time for students this year has changed from 8:30 to 8:35.  

The doors will not open until 8:35 and students will go right to their class unless they are eating breakfast here.

We would also like to direct everyone to be on the lookout for the day one paper work.  We are sending home some important paper work that we need you to review, fill out and return.

Walk Through!!!!

Don't forget to save the date....the annual HBB Walk Through is planned for Wednesday August 20th from 10-11:30!  We will have a special presentation for all parents new to HBB in the Auditorium at 10:30.

The Walk Through is a great way to ease that end of summer anxiety and to see your class for next year. Teachers are not here but Mr. Gobeil and I will  be here to answer your questions.   We hope to see you there!
