Walkthrough Reminder

Hello HBB Community!  I just want to remind everyone about the walkthrough planned for next Thursday from 9-11.  It is a great opportunity to take a tour of the building and see your class for next year (teachers will not be here).

Mr. Gobeil and myself will be hosting 2 brief informational assemblies in the Auditorium at 9:30 and 10:30 am.   We hope to see you there!

Please Vote and Support the Middleboro BOKS program

Middleboro BOKS has exciting news! We are one of 10 finalists in a grant contest for $5000 from Fallon Community Health Care. This grant would help ensure that BOKS continues beyond this coming year and we need your support! The grant will be awarded to the applicant with the most votes and we need you to get out and vote.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the BOKS program it is a free ten week, before school fitness program for students in grades 1-5. The BOKS (Build Our Kids’ Success) program is geared towards priming the body and mind for a day of active learning. August 17th

Hello HBB! Last night at the meet and greet I had numerous questions as to when everyone could expect the much anticipated Summer Mailing. I just want to let everyone know that the target date for the mailing is August 17th so expect to receive your infomation shortly after that. On behalf of Mr. Gobeil and myself I would like to thank everyone that came out to meet us tonight, students and families. It was a very nice welcome to Middleborough and to the HBB community. I would also like to thank the PTA for making the event possible. Since I have started I have been very impressed with the faculty, students and parents. It is great to see the amount of pride and passion that everyone has for this school and I am thankful that I have the opportunity to be a part of it. This is going to be a great year! Thanks again!

Meet and Greet

Hello HBB! I just want to take a moment and remind everyone about the Meet & Greet planned for parents and students this Thursday at the Pierce Playground at 5pm. I am really looking forward to meeting everyone and I am looking forward to introducing our new Assistant Principal, Mr. Jeremy Gobeil. Mr. Gobeil comes to us from the Plymouth Public Schools and I am confident that he will be an excellent addition to the HBB staff. One of our goals this year is to improve communication and one of the ways we will be doing that is through this blog.
